Bones & Bullets

Bones & Bullets is a GM-less TTRPG for 1-4 players.

In it, an Outlaw is cornered by their Rival and forced to face their mistakes before the final Showdown.

Each player takes the role of both an aspect of the Outlaw (their Blues, Brass, Joy or Fears) and an aspect of the World (the Rival, the Desert, the Bones, or the People).

Discover what the Outlaw did wrong and whether or not they deserve to live.
